Services

We provide flat-fee MLS listing services and optional full agent representation for residential properties located in the State of Texas. All listings are subject to verification by our team.

Fees and refunds

Flat fees are charged at the time of submission. If your listing has not yet been posted to the MLS, you may request a full refund.

Your responsibilities

You represent that you have the legal authority to list the property, that all information you provide is accurate, and that you will respond to inquiries from buyers and buyer agents in a timely manner.

Limitation of liability

Maani Consulting Group's total liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
