Texas Flat Fee MLS  ·  Texas-Licensed Broker

Why We Built This

Your home listed. Your commission kept.

Listing a Texas home on the MLS has always cost 3% of the sale price. That's not a market rate — it's just what became the default. We’re a Texas-licensed brokerage offering the same full MLS listing representation for a flat $150.

Listing your Texas home on the MLS has traditionally carried a 3% commission on the listing side alone. On a $330,000 home (the Texas median), that’s $9,900 — paid to access a shared database that any licensed broker can submit to.

That database is called the MLS. It feeds Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, and Trulia automatically. Once your home is on it, buyers and buyer’s agents everywhere can find it. It is the most important step in selling your home.

We’re a Texas-licensed brokerage. We offer that listing service — including a licensed broker review of every submission — for a flat fee. The rest of the services you may need (photography, document support, representation at closing) are available à la carte, so you pay only for what you actually use.

The Math

$9,900

Traditional listing agent · 3% on $330K (TX avg)

$150

Lone Star · flat fee · done

You did the hard part. You bought the home. You maintained it. You staged it, cleaned it for every showing, and built equity over years of ownership.

At closing, the traditional listing fee takes an average of $9,900 off the top — just for the listing side. That’s money that came from your equity, your years of mortgage payments, your maintenance budget.

There’s a better path.

Lone Star Flat Fee MLS gets your home on the MLS — the same database every buyer’s agent uses — for $150 flat. One time. Done. A licensed Texas broker reviews your listing before it goes live. A real human answers the phone when you call.

The listing commission? You keep it.

We are not a tech startup. We are a Texas-licensed brokerage, run by Texans, for Texans. Listing representation is a service — and like any service, the price should reflect what it actually costs to deliver.

We’re Texans, serving Texas sellers. That’s the whole story.
