We collect only the information needed to list your home: contact details, property data, photos, and signed disclosures. We use Stripe for payments, Documenso for e-signature, and Resend for email — these vendors process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

Sharing

We share property details with the MLS, syndicated portals (HAR, Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia), and buyer agents who request to show your property. We do not sell your information to third parties.

You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@lonestarflatfee.com.
